Target Audience: Anyone who is considering job or career transition and wants to get a feel for how to prepare and people in job transition who want validation that they are on the right track.
This web cast is an overview of our entire career transition program. You'll
learn the five steps to finding work you love, and the most important things
to know in each stage of the process.
Our process starts with re-assessing your skills and interests, which opens
you the world of possibilities available to you. Then we provide you with tools
to narrow those possibilities down, and get focused on goals that make sense
and feel "right"; for you. You learn what tools you need, how to
position yourself and how to use your network to find work you love.
Our program also includes a unique "emotion management"; component
that directly addresses how tough it is to be in transition, and shows you how
to stay calm, confident and powerful, despite the rejection and other frustrations
that are an unfortunate but inherent part of the job transition process.
In this overview, we'll walk you through the entire process at the top
level, sharing some of the most important aspects of each step in the program.
Then we'll explain how the steps get covered in our more detailed web
casts, so you know where you can go for more in-depth coverage when you need
