Nahid Casazza, MBA, is founder of Aspyrre and Vice President of Back to Work Connection. Nahid has a Master´s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor´s of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University. Prior to founding her own firm she spent fifteen years training, marketing, recruiting, and mentoring at two of the largest privately held companies in America: Day and Zimmerman and Kingston Technology. In both companies, she was strongly affected by the culture, which allowed employees the freedom to grow and develop their natural talents.
